Practices usually struggle with negative Google reviews that they can't seem to get rid of, which turn new patients off before they even decide to call in. Or a low ranking on Google, which is hurting their ability to get new leads and calls from people searching for them online.
Most clinic owners we sit down with tell us they've tried getting more reviews. Maybe their EMR sends out a review text after each appointment, but the response rate is low because the message sounds robotic. Or they have a QR code sitting on the front desk that nobody actually scans.
Because of that, they're ranking lower on Google, and new patients are seeing and calling their competitors first before they even find out the practice exists.
What's Included
How Solora Gets You More Reviews
We connect Solora to your booking system so that after every appointment, the patient receives a text asking them to leave a review on Google. The difference between what we do and what most EMRs do is how the message is written and timed. Ours sounds like someone on your team personally picked up their phone and reached out. It's conversational, it's specific to the treatment the patient just had, and it goes directly to Google, not to some third-party review platform.
That's why the response rate is so much higher. Patients actually open it, read it, and take the time to write something because it feels personal. We've all gotten the text after leaving our dentist saying "Thank you for visiting (dentist name), please take a moment to share your honest feedback...." We write our messages the complete opposite way.
Dr. Rula Al-Aouar's OB/GYN practice received over 80 new five-star reviews within 72 hours of launching the campaign. Glow That Face Up received 100+ new five-star reviews in 40 days and hit a perfect 5.0 rating. SKIN MD Medspa now has over 500 new five-star reviews. Omorfia Medical Spa gained 120+ five-star reviews and went from below a 5.0 to a perfect rating. Northville Beauty Spa added 162 new five-star reviews in 7 months, which was the equivalent of 23 months of their previous organic growth. These are all practices where the patients already loved the experience, they were just never being asked to share it in the right way.
Why Consistent Reviews Matter
Getting a burst of reviews is great, but what really moves the needle on Google is consistency. Google wants to see that your practice is getting new reviews regularly, not just a one-time push. When reviews are coming in daily, it signals to Google that this is an active, trusted business that people are consistently visiting and having good experiences at, which helps Google trust you more and rank you higher than competitors. Google wants to recommend the businesses their users will have the best experience with. Our job is making sure that's you.
Northville Beauty Spa is a good example. For eight years they averaged about six new reviews a month. After launching with us, that jumped to 23 a month, a 258% increase in review velocity. Every new review came in at five stars, which brought their overall rating to a perfect 5.0.
People reading your reviews care about consistency too. When someone is looking at your Google profile and the most recent review is from a month ago, it makes them question whether the practice is still active. They want to see recent reviews from the last few weeks so they know the experience is still the same today as it was in the past.
On top of getting new reviews consistently, we also use Solora's AI to respond to every single review that comes in on your behalf. Google likes to see a practice that is engaging with their patient base by replying to reviews and showing the public that they are active and responsive. It gives Google more trust in you, because it shows you're on top of it when people leave feedback. That leads to them recommending you more and ranking you higher in the area. This is a consistent effort that we maintain for every patient that comes through your door.
Negative and Fake Review Removal
We hear from business owners all the time that they have at least one fake one-star Google review. Competitors leave them to try and drag your rating down. Former employees post them out of frustration. Sometimes a problematic patient will blame your practice for something that was entirely their fault. Unfortunately, Google doesn't care about the context. They rarely remove them on their own even when the review is clearly fake or even violates their guidelines.
We remove fake one-star reviews on Google, Yelp, BBB, and other platforms. We know how to build a case for removal and we handle the entire process so you don't have to go back and forth with Google support yourself.
But removal is only half of the equation. The other half is building up enough five-star reviews that even if a one-star review does show up in the future, it doesn't damage your rating. If you have 30 reviews and you get a one-star, it hurts. If you have 300 reviews and you get a one-star, it doesn't change your rating. We build that cushion for you so your reputation has the padding it needs to stay strong no matter what comes in down the road.

Google Business Profile Optimization
Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a potential patient sees, and a lot of practices don't have theirs set up properly. We go through your entire profile and optimize it so that you're showing up properly.
For example, a lot of medspas only show up when someone searches "medspa" in their city. But people also search for "facial," "laser," "Botox," "filler," "microneedling," and dozens of other specific treatments. If your services aren't listed with properly written SEO descriptions and the right keywords, you're invisible for all of those searches. We make sure each service on your profile is optimized so that you have a chance to rank for all of them, not just one.
Google also likes to see an optimized profile listing on other platforms. When they see that your NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) is consistent and accurate across Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps, Facebook, and more, it helps Google trust you more than if you were only listed with them. This in turn ranks you higher across all platforms and brings in more leads organically. We get our clients listed across all major listing and maps platforms on their behalf with consistent and accurate data to improve their SEO rankings.
We go into more detail on SEO and website optimization on our Patient Magnet page.
Who This Isn't For
If your practice already has hundreds of consistent five-star reviews, a perfect 5.0 rating, and fresh reviews coming in every week you might already be set. We typically work with practices that know their online reputation isn't where it should be and want help fixing it.
If This Sounds Like Something Your Practice Needs
If your Google rating doesn't reflect the quality of care your practice provides, or if you're seeing competitors with more reviews show up above you on Google, reach out. We'll ask some questions and figure out if it makes sense for your practice.
