About Peekabootique
Peekabootique is a family-owned elective ultrasound studio with two locations in Dearborn and Ann Arbor, Michigan, led by Rasha Dakroub. Parents come in to see their baby in 2D, 4D, and 5D/HD imaging, listen to their heartbeat, and share that moment with their family in a private, spa-like viewing room with a 75-inch screen.
Their services range from a quick $75 Comfort Scan at 7 weeks all the way up to their Ultra HD package at $200, which includes a 25-minute session with recorded video and a full digital color gallery through Baby Stream Live. They also offer SneakPeek DNA gender determination as early as 6 weeks with next-day results, and heartbeat keepsake jewelry where parents can wear their baby's actual heartbeat on a necklace or bracelet.
It's a business built around one of the most emotional moments in a family's life, and the experience inside the studio reflects that. But getting new families through the door on a consistent basis was the challenge.
Before Solora
Peekabootique had a loyal following and great word of mouth. Parents who came in loved the experience and told their friends about it. But word of mouth alone doesn't fill every slot on the schedule. There were gaps in the calendar, and without a marketing system in place to bring in new leads every day, the business was waiting for people to find them rather than actively putting themselves in front of expecting parents in the area.
Rasha didn't have a dedicated marketing team. There was no ad strategy running, no system to capture and follow up with leads, and no way to make sure that every person who showed interest actually got a response before they moved on.
What We Built
Meta Ads That Bring In Daily Leads
We launched targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram designed to reach expecting parents in the Dearborn and Ann Arbor areas. Rasha is great at creating social media content that shows how happy families are when they visit the studio, and we use those videos to run highly targeted ads that put Peekabootique in front of people who are most likely to be interested and want to book.
Speed to Lead
Getting a lead is one thing. Responding fast enough to actually book them is another. Most people who fill out a form or click on an ad are also looking at other options. If they don't hear back quickly, they move on.
We built an automated system through Solora that texts every new lead the moment they come in. Even if Rasha and her team are in the middle of a session, the lead gets an immediate response that opens up the conversation and makes it easy to book. What's Next
The ad campaigns are running and the leads are coming in daily. The goal now is to keep scaling the ads, optimize the campaigns based on what's converting best, and continue building up the Google review count across both the Dearborn and Ann Arbor locations.
