Even with glowing word-of-mouth, SKIN MD was experiencing a few all-too-familiar struggles: ranking higher on Google, reducing no-shows, and staying consistently on top of post-treatment follow-ups.

1. Review-Boosting AI Texts
We started with one of the biggest missed opportunities clinics face: underutilized Google reviews. Typically, most clinics just have their EMR send out an automated message (which always sounds too robotic to actually work) or they leave the QR code on their desk. Instead of those traditional marketing routes, we created human sounding thank you texts sent to their patient’s phone after each visit. Encouraging feedback in a natural way. We included tracking links to see who left a review and who didn’t, so we could fine-tune the messages over time.
Within weeks, SKIN MD was climbing search rankings. Today, they proudly rank number 1 of Google search results when someone searches "medspa" in Dearborn. That means more new patient bookings, week after week.
2. Lead Capture 24⁄7
We noticed that many potential patients would call after hours, often leaving a voicemail or, worse, hanging up. That’s where our lead capture system came in. Now, if someone calls and the clinic is closed, they get an instant, friendly text asking how we can help. It starts a conversation that feels helpful. These potential patients find that it’s easier to just continue the conversation over text, rather than calling other clinics.

3. Reactivation Campaigns

4. Follow-ups and No-Show Control
Follow-up was another big time drain for SKIN MD’s team. They used to manually call every patient two weeks after their appointment to check in. We replaced that with a smart text. Patients are asked about the results of their treatment as if it came straight from the clinic.
Here’s the magic: our system analyzes replies. If someone seems not entirely happy with their results, we alert the team immediately so they can follow up personally.
We also tackled no-shows. Every patient gets a confirmation text a few days before their appointment. If they don’t confirm, the staff gets a notification to manually follow up. This has resulted in a noticeable drop in no-shows, and a smoother day-to-day for the front desk.
